HOW TO EAT SUSHI

Start by eating fish with lighter flavours and the move on to the fish with a heavier flavour. This prevents the heavy flavoured fish from overpowering the lighter ones.

1. Pick up the sushi

2. Roll it
3. Put soy on the fish
Ginger is eaten between different sushi types in order to clean your palate for the next fish. It is not eaten together with the sushi pieces.
If you took too much wasabi, start breathing rapidly through your nose, not your mouth.
